The Course Fee includes access to the programme, refreshments, Certificate of Attendance and CD to be distributed shortly after the event.

On-line Registration

On-line Course Registration is closed

  • Registration for this Course is on-line. 
  • Our on-line system allows for payment by cheque, bank transfer, invoice or credit card.
  • If you require an invoice for your payment, please select the invoice option from the system and print off your own invoice.
  • Bookings cannot be made by telephone.

A Cancellation Policy is in place:

  • Cancellations should be made in writing to the Secretariat. E-Mail is acceptable.
  • Cancellations received up to and including 15th October 2017: full refund minus 25% administration charge.
  • Cancellation received from 16th October 2017: no refund.
  • Approved refunds will be processed and issued 60 days after the Meeting.

Joining Instructions

Joining Instructions will be issued by E-mail around 10 days before the Course.


Neither the Host, the Organisers nor the Course venue can accept responsibility for any loss or injury relating to participants.  All participants are encouraged to obtain their own travel insurance policy to cover the unfortunate possibility of cancellation of Registration.  A Cancellation Policy is in place as regards Registration (see above).
